(aka – Broken or damaged during shipment) We take the utmost care to package your items so that they will arrive safely, and in pristine condition. Occasionally though, an item is damaged or destroyed on the way to you. Upon receipt of your package, please open and inspect the items immediately. If you find that something is broken, you must contact us within 7 days of original delivery of the package so that we may file a claim with the carrier. Retain all original packaging, as the carrier will wish to retrieve the package in order to inspect it before they will issue payment for the claim. Once the claim is paid by the carrier, we will send a replacement of the item(s) immediately. If the item is irreplaceable (i.e. - vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind items) we will issue a complete refund (including shipping and handling costs) to the original form of payment used. |
